She has many alternate appearances in-games and box arts. History In The Great Giana Sisters, Retro Giana have been sleeping deeply and had a strange dream. She was suddenly in a mysterious world where everything is different. She must travel the wacky dream world to find the Magic Huge Diamond to leave the world and finally wake up.
