The lair lies very deep beneath the Dread Dragon's Keep and is a huge labyrinth. Giana must descend through the dungeons and eventually underground caverns where she finally reaches Gurglewocky. Giana defeats the dragon and retrieves her sister Maria from the depths of Gurglewocky's bowels. Giana must collect 470 gems in the basic version, 398 in Director's Cut and Owltimate Edition instead.
